Bow top fence is welded by horizontal flat bar and verical solid steel round bars. It features sturdy structure, excellent durability and anti corrosion for a long lasting protection. For surface treatment, it can be processed by hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating.
It is suitable for installation in various public and private premises. These railing kits include a panel, post and the fixings required to attach the panel to the post.

1. Vertical Bow Top Round Tubes (Core Safety Component)
Material: Solid / hollow low-carbon round tubes, standard outer diameters of 12mm, 16mm and 19mm; 22mm thickened tubes for heavy-load industrial sites.
Process: The top of each single tube is integrally bent into a continuous smooth arch without cutting burrs. Wider gaps are reserved between adjacent arches to prevent children’s heads from being trapped.
Center spacing of vertical bars: Standard 80–112mm, fully compliant with EU anti-entrapment safety standards to stop children from squeezing through.
2. Horizontal Load-Bearing Rails
Double-layer flat iron or rectangular tube rails (30×6, 40×10, 25×50mm). Vertical tubes fully run through the rails and are fully welded for high integral rigidity, resisting deformation and weld separation upon impact.
3. Matching Posts (Two Universal Types)
Square tube posts: 50×50, 60×60, 70×70, 80×80mm, wall thickness 1.5–3mm, fitted with round top caps to avoid water accumulation and rust.
High-security I-beam posts: 100×55mm, specially for long-term projects such as parking lots and industrial parks.
4. Installation & Fixing Fittings
Clips: Slotted adjustable angle brackets allowing height fine-tuning during installation, suitable for sloped ground.
Fasteners: Anti-theft shear nuts. The bolt head breaks off after installation to prevent reverse disassembly and vandalism.
Two base options: Buried base (embedded 450–600mm underground for soil ground) and flange base (fixed to concrete pavement via expansion bolts).
5. Double-Layer Anti-Corrosion Finishes (Suitable for rainy and coastal salt-spray climates in Europe)
① Basic Finish: Full hot-dip galvanizing as standard factory treatment
Each fully welded panel is hot-dip galvanized entirely with zinc coating ≥60μm, meeting ISO 1461. It passes over 500 hours neutral salt spray test. Galvanized-only finish is acceptable for inland sites and low-budget projects.
② Premium Finish: Hot-dip galvanizing + outdoor polyester electrostatic powder coating
High-temperature powder coating applied over galvanized substrate, coating thickness 60–80μm. UV-resistant, acid rain-proof and salt-spray resistant with no fading or cracking. Ideal for premium parks, schools and villas, with a service life up to 20 years.
